Production
The production area is structured in several interconnected departments, where there are latest generation machines, 5-axis machining centers, turning centers, cutting and grinding machines.
The production process starts from the preparation of the CAD/CAM programs by the technical office and from a careful evaluation of the quality of the raw materials to be used for the realization of the requested parts.
CAD/CAM OFFICE
The programming of numerically control machines is carried out by highly qualified technicians through the use of sophisticated CAD/CAM software connected to the company network (LAN), being able to create processes from 2D to shaping and cutting parts in 5 axes and solid modeling.
WAREHOUSE/SALE
A large warehouse area, of about 600 square meters, allows us to guarantee the prompt delivery of sheets, tubes, rods in composite materials and technopolymers.
QUALITY CONTROL
The quality control is carried out by specially trained internal personnel who verify the various phases of the production process by intervening promptly in cases of differences with respect to the standard required by the particular object of realization as required by the ISO 9001 standard.
CUSTOMER CARE
There is a dedicated staff that follows the customer in the various phases to meet his needs and for the prompt resolution of any critical issues, thus establishing a relationship of mutual trust over time.
